SUMMARY:
A leading engineering solutions provider is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong exposure to FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and process plant projects, who can deliver accurate and competitive cost estimates across complex mechanical engineering scopes.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical engineering projects within process plant and FEED environments
Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and scope documentation to develop accurate pricing models
Compile and analyze material, labour, and equipment costs
Liaise with engineering, procurement, and project teams to validate assumptions and pricing inputs
Participate in tender preparation, adjudication, and submission processes
Identify project risks and opportunities, incorporating them into estimates
Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools
Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs

Minimum Requirements:

BEng / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating within process plants, EPC, or FEED environments
Proven experience in cost estimation for mechanical systems, piping, and equipment
Strong understanding of project lifecycle, from concept through to execution
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office tools
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
