JOB SUMMARY:
A Freight Forwarding Company is seeking an Excellent Management Expert to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supports the retention and development of Kay Account Customers in conjunction with the Key Accounts Manager for a defined portfolio of customers. Coordinate RFQ's and RFI's, support implementation processes, preparation of customer business reviews, monitor agreed customer KPI's and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Support Key Accounts Manager in dealing with requests
Conduct customer research, prepares sales material presentations and supports the development of upselling
Coordinate spot quotes with pricing teams and align with KAM before submissions
Synchronize customer requirements with pricing teams to ensure full tender compliance
Support implementation on behalf of KAM
Business reviews quarterly
Provide continuous improvement
Monitor agreed customer KPIS

Matric
NQF level qualification and advantage
Operational experience in one of the following: air, sea, OL
