R20000 - R270000 depending on experience

Please note: This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office and two days working remotely. The position will initially be based in Kloof before relocating permanently to Ballito in the coming months. Applicants should be comfortable with this transition.

A successful and growing privately owned trading company, is seeking a polished, proactive and highly organised Executive Administrative Assistant to become the Director's trusted right hand.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Complex diary and calendar management Coordinating meetings and preparing documentation Managing correspondence and professional communications Preparing reports, presentations and business documentation Liaising with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders Maintaining confidential information with absolute discretion Assisting with projects and ensuring deadlines are met General executive and administrative support Requirements Proven experience supporting a Director, CEO or senior executive Exceptional organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Own reliable transport is essential What's on Offer Hybrid working arrangement (3 office days \/ 2 remote days) Opportunity to work closely with a dynamic business leader A varied and rewarding role with significant responsibility If you're an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys making a real impact and wants to be part of a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
