Executive Commercial Business Solutions Specialist

SUMMARY:
A leading provider of integrated logistics, courier and supply chain solutions is looking for an experienced Executive Commercial Business Solutions Specialist to identify, develop and secure strategic business opportunities across key industries.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who understands the complexities of supply chain operations and can design tailored logistics solutions that create measurable value for clients. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, developing long-term partnerships while driving revenue growth through innovative commercial strategies and solution-based selling.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to grow market share and revenue. Identify and secure new business opportunities across courier, freight, warehousing and integrated logistics solutions. Design customised commercial solutions that align with clients' operational and supply chain requirements. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers. Lead the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal development, commercial negotiations and contract closure. Prepare compelling commercial proposals, pricing models and solution presentations. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless solution implementation. Analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Manage strategic key accounts while identifying opportunities to expand existing business. Negotiate complex commercial agreements and ensure long-term profitability. Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting and business development strategies to executive leadership. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or a related field. 8-10 years' experience in Business Development, Commercial Management or Solution Sales. Proven experience within the Logistics, Courier, Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain industry. Demonstrated success selling integrated logistics or commercial business solutions. Strong experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales and revenue targets.
