Executive Manager- Finance

SUMMARY:
A leading FMCG company is seeking an Executive Finance Manager to join their team. The Executive Finance Manager will be responsible for the development of the financial well-being of the company. The role is accountable for financial planning, reporting, compliance, operations, and risk management.

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom or CA(SA)
• 5-7 years’ relevant experience in a related role within the manufacturing environment
• FMCG experience
• Strong business acumen
• Demonstrate an understanding of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental legislation relevant to the food or beverage environment
• Demonstrate knowledge and insight into the Income Tax Act (58 of 1962 and the accompanying regulations)
• Demonstrate and apply an understanding of statutory legislation and requirements relating to Payroll Administration
• Demonstrate and apply an understanding of the New Credit Act
• Demonstrate and apply an understanding of the Labour Relations Act (Act 66 of 1995)
• Demonstrate and apply an understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (Act 75 of 1997)
• Demonstrate ability to use and interpret rules that apply to statutory requirements i.e., SDL, PAYE, UIF
