SUMMARY:
Opportunity for an experienced Executive PA required to manage CEO's office.

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Full executive support to the CEO in a high-pressure, entrepreneurial environment
Complex and strategic diary management (back-to-back scheduling, prioritisation, time optimisation)
Real-time actioning of voice notes, instructions, and last-minute changes
Drafting high-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal communications
Managing intense local and international travel arrangements (visas, itineraries, logistics, contingencies)
Handling both professional and personal administrative matters with discretion
Acting as gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate
Supporting change initiatives and adapting quickly to shifting priorities

REQUIREMENTS

Experience supporting a CEO in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse personalities
Preference given to candidates residing in Pretoria
