Job Title: FMCG Sales Representative

Department: Sales
Reports To: CEO

Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth and market penetration of fast-moving consumer goods by building strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, while ensuring product visibility and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with key retail and wholesale accounts
Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets
Monitor stock levels
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity and customer needs
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts within company guidelines
Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence
Travel Gqeberha, Kariega and surrounding country

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food, beverage, or household products
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Matric certificate; diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business is advantageous
Own vehicle will be ideal
