Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles across business units
• Build and maintain financial models that turn raw data into decision-ready insights
• Analyse performance trends and identify opportunities to optimise revenue and cost
• Prepare management and variance reports with strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial discipline and performance visibility

• BCom in Accounting / Finance / Business Analytics – essential
• 2–5 years’ experience in FP&A, business analysis, or financial modelling
• Proven analytical ability and problem-solving mindset
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills; exposure to BI tools advantageous
• Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex numbers in simple terms
• Strong academics with transcripts required
