JOB DESCRIPTION:

An established company in the retail industry is now on the lookout to launch its procurement department and implement strategies and structures and looking for a financial resource to assist with the planning and implementation for the new up and coming department. My client is looking at on- boarding an additional resource for 12months. The ideal individual for this role will have hands-on experience with financial management and business analysis.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:

Financial Planning
Team Management
Profitability analysis
Forecasting
Budgeting
Variance analysis
Financial Analysis
Procurement support

As you will be responsible for hitting the ground running extensive experience is essential. You will also be hands-on involved with the department.

The requirements:
Qualification:

Registered CA(SA) or CMA
Completed Honours degree
MBA will be advantageous

Experience:

6 – 10 + years’ experience within the commercial sector
3 – 6 years’ experience within a similar role

Skills Required:

HFM experience will be advantageous
Deadline driven
