POSITION INFO:

What you need: - Diploma\/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services or similar - Local SA citizens - 3-5 years' facilities\/maintenance experience within hospitality or property management space - Strong grasp of preventative maintenance, contractor coordination & compliance - Code 08 driver's license - Must be willing to live on-site - Excellent people skills with a strong service + guest focus - Confident with Microsoft Office If you're solution-driven, technically sharp, and ready to own this space , this is your moment.
