Requirements:

• A Diploma or Degree (or relevant qualification) in Management Sciences
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Buying and Procurement

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance of the building, furniture, and fixtures
• Responsible for maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all building systems, equipment, and grounds
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing office moves and refurbishments.
• Planning and overseeing all facility modifications, including renovations and new equipment installations.
• Responsible for coordinating building systems operations in line with health and safety regulations.
• Leading energy conservation and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
• Responsible for overseeing administrative functions related to reception services, print room, messaging services, and stationery supplies
• Responsible for the purchase of facilities and office equipment in line with the firm's procurement policy; Establishing and managing relationships with contractors, suppliers, and vendors; Ensuring service level agreements are in place.
