Our client, a fast-growing organisation within the FMCG and retail sector, is looking for a commercially minded Finance & Operations Manager to join their leadership team. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise the end-to-end Order-to-Purchase (O2P) process Oversee inventory management, warehouse controls, and stock integrity Analyse sales performance and provide commercial insights to management Produce accurate financial and operational reports to support business decisions Partner with operational teams to improve efficiency and profitability Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Monitor warehouse processes to ensure compliance with operational standards Identify and implement process improvements across finance and operations Support automation initiatives, systems enhancements, and digital transformation projects Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for the business Minimum Requirements BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Finance & Operations, Commercial Finance, Operations Analyst, or similar role Experience within FMCG, retail, wholesale, distribution, or supply chain environments Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies Exposure to systems implementation, automation, or AI-driven initiatives will be advantageous Excellent organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work confidently across both operational and strategic functions Who Will Thrive in This Role?
