Finance Business Partner

My client is looking for a newly qualified CA(SA) to jump into the driver’s seat as their next Finance Business Partner. Based in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, you’ll help fuel growth and ensure financials stay on the road to profitability!

POSITION INFO:
The purpose of the role will be to oversee and analyze dealership operations. The successful candidate will work directly with and report to the Group Financial Manager and Director of the Motor Retail Division.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Financial oversight and management of dealership performance
• Working closely with stock control, marketing, HR and operations
• Financial reporting
• Monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts
• Support the set-up and financial structuring of new locations
• Manage and optimise rebate structure and incentives from manufacturers
• Process improvement, the implementation of controls and efficiencies
• Financial analysis and support to various strategic initiatives

• Qualified CA(SA) essential

• Completed SAICA articles essential
• 3 to 4 years post-articles experience within a financial management position
• Experience within automotive and / or retail industries
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Kerridge or Autoline, or similar industry systems experience
• CaseWare experience
• Deadline driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
