POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description Our client, a well-established company within the manufacturing and FMCG sector, is seeking an experienced Finance Professional to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded individual with a solid accounting background and a passion for driving financial excellence within a fast-paced operational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finance function, strengthening internal controls, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of a reputable organisation within the beverage manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information. Develop, implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies. Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processes. Monitor financial performance and provide meaningful analysis to management. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and financial reporting requirements. Manage balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiencies. Liaise with auditors, financial institutions and other external stakeholders. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team. Job Experience and Skills Required Education BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience Minimum 5 years' finance and accounting experience. Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, beverage, production or a similar operational environment. Previous management or supervisory experience. Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls. Skills Advanced ERP system experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines. Apply Now!
