ð Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage financial operations across multiple sites ð¢
Drive CAPEX planning, forecasting, and reporting ð
Oversee VAT, tax, and Forex transactions with precision ð¼
Engage directly with operational teams to improve financial performance ð¤

ð Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: BCom minimum; Postgrad or Honours highly beneficial ð
Experience: 5+ years in finance, with strong exposure to operations, preferably in construction, engineering, or heavy industry ð ï¸
Skills:
- Strong SA tax and VAT knowledge ð§¾
- Forex and CAPEX management ð±
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems ð§®
- Confident communicator with a strong personality and leadership presence ð£ï¸
Other: Willingness to travel occasionally; hybrid work setup ð ð
