As the Finance Director, your Key Deliverables will include

Drive/Sponsor the implementation of ERP Systems and Other Systems rollout
Driving Governance in all aspects
Reporting, Budget & Forecasting
Commercial Excellence - drive competitive advantage
Cost excellence - enable the business to operate efficiently
Managing Functional Teams

Qualification and Experience

Chartered Accountant South Africa (CA SA)
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, at least 2 years of which is in an executive role
Experience as a Finance Director, preferably in a service industry/multinational
Experience in managing large teams
A successful track record in the development and implementation of medium and long term commercially sound financial strategies across diverse markets

This role is best suited for an individual who enjoys the operational aspects of finance/who is hands-on in details, who can provide strategic and financial insights, expand the business in a lean environment, and assumes responsibility for the financial control environment.
This role serves as a member of the executive team and will be key in developing and driving operational and financial changes which contribute to a scalable business.
The individual will be expected to implement the principles of good corporate governance and participate and contribute to investment and strategic decision-making.
