Drive Financial Strategy and Business Performance

An exciting opportunity is available for a qualified CA(SA) to join a dynamic and growing organisation as a Finance Manager – FP&A. This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who is passionate about turning financial data into strategic business insights.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, compliance, and commercial decision support, helping to drive business performance and sustainable growth.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and review commercial costing models and profitability analyses. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Provide meaningful financial analysis and strategic insights to support executive decision-making. Oversee B-BBEE reporting, compliance, and verification processes. Ensure accurate and timely submission of all tax returns and statutory requirements. Prepare and coordinate annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including group reporting and consolidations. Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring efficient resolution of audit findings. Drive compliance with corporate governance standards, financial policies, and internal controls. Contribute to process improvements and finance-related projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Minimum Requirements: â Qualified CA(SA) â Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience â Strong knowledge of: Financial Reporting Budgeting & Forecasting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Financial Modelling & Costing Tax and Regulatory Compliance â Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail Commercially astute with a strategic mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Proactive, self-driven, and solutions-focused Excellent planning and organisational abilities Continuous improvement mindset Why Apply?
