Exciting Finance Manager opportunity for a newly qualified CA (SA) that is looking to grow his/her career in an energetic environment. The Finance Manager will have to give Business Partnering Support and provide commercial and administrative support to the Online, Peripherals and all teams within the business.

Qualifications required:

- Qualified CA (SA) with at least 1 year post articles

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma - Financial Sciences - with 4 - 5 years of Commercial Experience

Key Performance Areas:

- Reporting & Analysis

- Efficiencies: Identify key processes and continually assess in-line with kaizen methodology

- Implement controls for all new processes

- B2B, SMB, Education and Finance Deals administration

- Best practice recommendations and implementation

- Ad-hoc projects

Competencies required:

- English (Full Professional Proficiency)

- Accounting, Financial Statements Analysis

- Microsoft Excel (Above Average)

- Project Management

Accountabilities:

- Business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and personnel involved

- Providing and interpreting financial information

- Business modelling and forecasting

- Monitoring performance and efficiency

- Analysing change and conducting risk assessment

- Participating in strategic planning, and formulating long-term business plans

- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
