JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a Systems Integrator based in the East of Pretoria is urgently seeking to place a Financial Manager to assist the Finance team and responsible for the full Accounting function – on a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months (renewable based on performance measures):

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Processing bank statements
Petty cash transactions
Month-end
Working Papers
Customer and supplier management
Management reports
Office clerical duties
Statutory documents
Tax returns
Liaising
Inventory control
Cash flow
Budgets
B-BBEE audit
Proficient at capturing data and processing transactions
Able to administer accounting journals
Able to manage time and workload schedules
Bilingual and able to communicate clearly and effectively

Minimum requirements:

Postgraduate with B. degree in Accounting and/ Finance + completed accounting / auditing articles
Must be Afrikaans speaking and able to communicate in English fluently
Computer literate; Excel intermediate + Pastel + MS Business Central (company will be migrating to MS Business Central)
2 Years’ post-article experience required preferably in Information Technology sector
Valid driver’s license and own / dependable vehicle
