SUMMARY:
A leading beverage manufacturer is seeking a commercially strong Finance Manager – Manufacturing to take full financial ownership of a high-performing production site.

POSITION INFO:
This is a strategic operational role, partnering closely with plant leadership, to drive cost efficiency, margin improvement, capital discipline, and strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Full P&L ownership for the manufacturing site
Monthly reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting
Inventory valuation, WIP, and cost control
Standard costing and detailed variance analysis
Manufacturing KPI analysis (cost per unit, yields, waste, and efficiency)
BI reporting and data-driven insights (Power BI/SAP/ERP systems)
CAPEX management and fixed asset control
Inventory optimisation and working capital improvements
Finance business partnering with plant and technical leadership
Leading and developing the site finance team
Ensuring IFRS compliance, audit readiness, and strong internal controls

Requirements:

BCom Finance/Accounting Honours
5–8 years’ experience in manufacturing/FMCG finance
3–5 years’ plant-level operational experience
Strong cost accounting and ERP systems experience
Commercial, analytical, and confident in a fast-paced environment
