POSITION INFO:

Management and financial reporting across various dimensions
Drive Revenue and Cost optimization projects with different stakeholders across the business
Timely delivery of performance reports for Board, Exco and leadership groups
Ensure distribution of accurate and relevant weekly and monthly performance indicators to the business owners
Ensure approval and timely submission of weekly, monthly and annual performances
Monthly financial reporting to shareholders
Present financial results and insights to senior management and other stakeholders
Continuously seek improvements in accounting processes and procedures and manage the change process when improvements are implemented
Management of staff members
Attend to and resolve all staff related issues
Ascertain all people administrative matters are handled effectively

Skills & Experience:
5+ years’ experience in a management accounting and/or financial performance and planning role
2 – 3 years management experience
3 to 5 years’ experience within a medium to large organisation.
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong accounting knowledge (IFRS etc.).
Ability to design and review accurate financial modelling in Excel.

Qualification:
3 year Degree in Accounting, Financial Accounting and/or Business
CA(SA) or equivalent
