SUMMARY:
A leading financial services group is seeking a Finance Supervisor to support its Rewards & Loyalty business area. This role sits within a high-volume, consumer-facing rewards environment that delivers monthly vouchers, cash-back benefits, discounts and competitions to active policyholders.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Finance plays a critical role in ensuring accurate accounting, reconciliations, partner settlements and audit-ready reporting across this fast-moving rewards operation.
Preparation of management accounts for the Rewards portfolio
Monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations
Resolving audit queries and supporting audit processes
Oversight and review of work performed by one accountant
Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ relevant finance experience
Strong hands-on accounting fundamentals
Comfortable working in a high-volume transactional environment

Qualification:
BCom Accounting
Articles advantageous (CIMA / AGA / SAIPA preferred)
