SUMMARY:
Are you a Financial Accounting looking to join a well established business within the property sector in Gauteng, where finance is at the core of managing assets, ensuring compliance, and driving profitability.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly management accounts
Manage general ledger, journals, and reconciliations
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes
Support accounting for rental income, leases, and property expenses
Maintain the fixed asset register
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial standards

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

BCom Accounting

Experience:

Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (essential)
Exposure to property or real estate environments

Skills:

Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with accounting systems advantageous

Non-negotiables:

Completed articles (SAIPA or SAICA)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
