POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:

You will be part of a professional finance team, responsible for supporting end-to-end accounting processes and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for a Financial Accountant who is technically strong, systems-driven, and confident working within a structured reporting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage month-end processes, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations
Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure accuracy of financial data
Assist with budgeting and variance analysis
Support the preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, VAT, and statutory requirements
Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate :

Strong financial reporting and IFRS knowledge
Xero accounting system experience (essential)
High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
BCom Degree in Accounting (essential)
3–5 years’ experience in a Financial Accountant role
Experience within financial services, investment, or similar environments advantageous
