POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:

You’ll form part of a professional finance team responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of financial operations, reporting processes, and month-end deliverables across the business. This role is ideal for a hands-on Financial Accountant who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of hitting the ground running in a contract environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger reviews
Process journals, accruals, and provisions
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT, and statutory requirements
Support internal and external audit processes
Analyse financial information and provide reporting insights to management
Assist with financial reporting across multiple operational sites

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

Strong financial reporting and reconciliation experience
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Experience within hospitality, hotels, or multi-site environments advantageous
BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential)
Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Financial Accountant role
Immediately available candidates will receive preference
