POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description Our client is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their finance team. In this role, you will oversee the full finance function, ensure accurate financial reporting, support operational decision-making, and maintain effective financial controls within a manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys working closely with operations and contributing to business performance. Key Responsibilities Manage the full finance function Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts Perform financial analysis and variance reporting Prepare financial statements and income statements Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger reviews Support plant operations through financial insights and reporting Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements Requirements Education BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience Minimum 3 years' finance experience Essential experience in a manufacturing or plant environment Proven experience managing the full finance function Strong budgeting and forecasting experience Financial statement preparation experience Skills SAP experience advantageous Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong financial reporting capabilities Budgeting and forecasting expertise Apply Now!
