POSITION INFO:
A respected player in a technical, solutions-driven industry is hunting for a high-energy Finance Administrator to join their Cape Town hub. You won’t be micromanaged; in fact, you’ll be expected to run the show when it comes to financial control, compliance, and operational support.

This isn’t a tick-the-box role: You’ll handle day-to-day finance operations, support national teams, and keep the systems sharp. Think invoicing, reporting, project numbers, and financial documentation - your fingerprints will be on everything that matters.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance
Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance or administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Exposure to engineering, construction, or consulting industries is advantageous
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High energy and proactive work ethic

What Do You Need?:

A Diploma or qualification in accounting/bookkeeping
At least 3 years in a finance/admin seat — no rookies
Tech-savvy with strong Excel and systems confidence
Fierce attention to detail (but fast-paced, not slow)
Ability to work solo, think critically, and get it done
