SUMMARY:
An established organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Financial Administrator to support day-to-day finance and administrative operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring smooth communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups on outstanding balances
Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Provide administrative support (filing, data capture, correspondence)
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Assist with onboarding of new vendors
Support compliance, internal controls, and audit processes

Requirements

Higher Certificate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in a finance and/or administrative role
Experience with invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks, Acumatica) advantageous
