POSITION INFO:
Our client is a growing mining organisation seeking a commercially focused Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making across operations. You will work closely with leadership teams to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that improve profitability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop financial models and business cases Analyse operational and financial performance Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles Prepare management reports and executive presentations Monitor KPIs and provide trend analysis Evaluate capital projects and investment opportunities Partner with operational teams to improve business performance Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar CIMA completed or in progress advantageous 3-6 years' experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Commercial Finance Exposure to mining, resources, manufacturing, or industrial sectors advantageous Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Advanced Excel and reporting tool experience Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Apply now!
