Duties:

Support the finance team to understand the impact of change initiatives, own specific outcomes and independently ensure delivery of these outcomes
Take ownership of certain aspects of projects that support the realisation of the business’s strategy
Gain an understanding of current processes as this will form the basis of understanding change initiative impact and solution design
Analyse large data sets and understand the fine details as part of the analysis phase and subsequent solution invention process
Be at the forefront of technology used in the industry and consider them as part of the solution design

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom Honours in Accounting/ CTA
CA(SA)

Experience:

Completed Articles at a recognized audit firm
5 Years post experience within the commercial market
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Linked Investment/Financial Services Provider environment as a Finance Business Analyst or Financial Professional
Have workable knowledge and experience of an operational area within a financial services organization
Experience working with multiple stakeholders to obtain an understanding of business processes

Skills & Competencies:

Must be able to work in a team
Strong analyses and problem-solving skills with ability to create appropriate.
Ability to work under pressure and juggle varied workload
Display project management skills
Must be willing to learn new technologies and develop automation skills
