Company and Job Description: A respected and growing player within the insurance sector is looking for a Financial Controller to join their finance team in Johannesburg North. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the full finance function, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening financial controls, and providing strategic insights that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the full finance function Drive IFRS 17 reporting processes and ensure compliance with reporting standards Handle sole captive insurance accounting and reporting requirements Oversee, mentor, and develop junior finance staff Liaise with auditors, regulators, and key stakeholders Job Experience & Skills Required: CA(SA) 3 years experience Experience working in the fintech or financial services industry IFRS 17 Apply now!
