POSITION INFO:
Purpose of the role: Become a, providing strategic financial leadership across a diverse portfolio of South African businesses within an international structure. This pivotal role ensures compliance, drives reporting excellence, and supports growth strategy at Group level. Key Responsibilities: Lead compliance, tax, and governance across the SA region. Deliver accurate IFRS financial statements, consolidations, and cash‑flow forecasts. Partner with Group leadership (CFO, CEO, Director) on strategy, acquisitions, and divestitures. Strengthen internal controls, reporting systems, and finance team capability. Present high‑impact financial insights to Board and shareholders. Profile: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with 5+ years post‑articles. Strong expertise in SA company law, IFRS, and tax compliance. Proven experience in complex consolidations and external audit management. Commercially astute, proactive, and able to influence at executive level. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders. Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office & Sage proficiency. Self‑starter with problem‑solving mindset and Board‑level presentation ability. A detailed JD will be shared with interesed applicants
