This multi-national pioneer within the property industry, well-known for its diverse and rewarding environment, is looking to take its leading team to the next level by the addition of a financial controller that is ready to take the reins on the full financial function. They are also established in fostering strong and lasting relationships, and promotion of excellence, with a truly South African flair.

You and your team will be tasked to take on:

Trail balance function
Financial statements
IFRS compliance
Tax, VAT, and international tax compliance
Group Reporting

Education.

Qualified CA(SA) is essential

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Between 2 to 4 years’ commercial experience
Big 4 experience is preferred
Strong ERP experience is essential
Property, multi-national, listed, or similar experience is essential
