This property leader is looking for a Financial Controller to come in and strengthen the team as well as take the lead on the full finance function. They are a company that has grown in leaps and bounds, but they focus on bringing in top talent and rewarding excellent performance. You and your team will be tasked to take on:

Trail balance function
Financial statements
IFRS compliance
Tax, VAT, and international tax compliance
Group Reporting

Education.

Qualified CA(SA) is essential

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Between 2 to 4 years’ commercial experience
Big 4 experience is preferred
Strong ERP experience is essential
Property, multi-national, listed, or similar experience is essential
