POSITION INFO:

Movers are Shakers are in demand to join a Listed Property development organisation. This role involves the full financial function.

Be part of the winning team in the Property development company that is in the market for a Financial Guru.

This role reports to the Financial Manager

Non-negotiable requirements:

- Property experience ( audited or working experience)

- Bcom degree with Honours and completed SAICA articles or CA(SA)

- Be analytic to be able to identify and resolve problems

- Must be able to identify risks and implement action!!!

- Consolidations

- IFRS

- Reporting

- People Management and leadership

- Operational Financial Processing

Main Duties:

- Financial reconcilliations process

- Accruals are raised and reversed

- Monitor and authorise journals

- Calculate Property management fees

- Manage full debtors payment function / Cashflow Management

- General Ledger

- Budget and Forecasting

- Reporting

- External Auditing

- Risk Management

- BEE

- Taxation

- Ensure that a personal devlopmet plan is devloped and implemented
