A reputable concern in the real estate investment space is looking for a dynamic and experienced CA (SA) to join their team as a Financial Controller.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the company’s tax packs, monthly management reporting packs and the monthly forecast packs. The Financial Controller will also be responsible for compiling the consolidations as well as statutory reporting.  The Financial Controller will also be responsible for reviewing the creditors reconciliations and consolidations for the organization.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• CA (SA)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 3 years’ post article experience
• Experience in the services industry is preferred
• Experience working for a JSE listed entity is preferred
• Working knowledge of IFRS and IFRS implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dynamic and diplomatic
