A global concern specializing in energy efficient cooling systems is looking for a seasoned Financial Controller to join their team.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Financial Controller will be responsible for ensuring that the concern complies with corporate governance and legislation as well as be the point of contact for the banks, auditors, and tax authorities. The Financial Controller will also be responsible for financial planning, budgets, forecasting, group reporting and managing the finance team.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

BCom Honors in Accounting

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 6-8 years’ post article experience
At least 5 years’ experience in managing a team
Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
Excellent people management and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preference for working in smaller teams
Ability to influence and build relationships
Ability to bring about change
