A global expert in advanced materials is looking for a Financial Controller to join their finance team. The organization designs innovative solutions to meet its clients’ needs enabling them to maximize their manufacturing performance.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Financial Controller will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of data to provide concise, understandable reports and presentations. The Financial Controller will be responsible for reviewing financial information and implementing internal business processes. The Financial Controller will also be responsible for preparing monthly reporting.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

BCom in Accounting
Completed SAICA articles

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 5-7 years’ post article experience in a similar role
Experience in a manufacturing/plant environment is preferred
Strong analytical skills
Working knowledge of IFRS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in reporting to EXCO
Attention to detail
