SUMMARY:
A renowned property management entity is looking for a Financial Controller to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience

BCOM and Honours
6 – 8 years’ experience
Property experience is beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

operational finance experience – eg review of subordinate workings and submissions, trial balance reviews;
• financial and statutory reporting (preparation of AFS),
• management reporting,
• income tax and VAT computations and submissions,
• and review of underlying financial information for the purposes aforementioned.
• We are open to candidates from any industry and are furthermore not prescriptive about specific accounting or property management software experience.
• People management, both direct and indirect reports
