REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree B. Com (Accounting) 
• 5-10 years’ work experience in a similar environment
• Working experience in an international environment with reporting duties and international communication skills
• Stable employment history
• Experience in managing staff
• Profound practical experience in IFRS and IAS, relevant legislation (Companies and Tax Acts), exchange control and forex, electronic banking, IT (SAP, e-Filing, MS Office, especially advanced Excel)
• Communicative, open minded and good appearance
• Discipline and coordination / administration skills
• Cooperative, specifically with other departments, divisions, branches, finance and admin
• Work attitude, loyalty and ability to succeed, and work well within a team
• Open minded

DUTIES

      MAIN DUTIES

• Issuing of monthly SAP KPI reports for all business units
• SAP IT projects – managing/changing/improving
• SAP Analysis – daily/weekly/monthly
• Cost Controlling – implementation of measures to improve KPIs; cost cutting measures; quarterly and monthly reporting on results and on cost control
• Cost Calculation System for products per division
• Debtors Control
• Financial Reporting – monthly, quarterly, annually; divisional accounts, reports for Holding and Board; completed accurately and timeously
• Forecasting and Budgeting – annual forecast and 5-year budget preparations
• Treasury – cash flow, debtors, company secretarial, commercial contracts, liaison with external parties (banks, SARB, SARS, auditors, lawyers, insurers, etc)
• Administration & Accounting – overseeing accounting staff and their tasks
• Auditing – annual auditing with Auditors, annual financial statements
• Leadership – regular meetings with staff and senior management
• Preparation for Board Meetings

CTC R 94,000.00 – R100 000CTC including the following benefits – car allowance, medical aid, pension fund, group life, disability, and funeral.
