A renowned Property Management Powerhouse in the North of Johannesburg is seeking a financial Controller to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Bcom Honours
6-8 years’ experience
Property Management background (advantageous)

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

The Financial Controller’s duties shall include, but not be limited to:

Financial and statutory reporting (preparation of Annual Financial Statements)
Management reporting
Income Tax and VAT computations and submissions
People management_ both direct and indirect reports
