Our JSE Listed client in the Financial Services and Banking industry is looking to recruit the best in finance talent to join their bespoke company offering a wide range of niche products and services to their clients.

They are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller who has experience in either banking, private equity or transactional banking.

This role will be taking ownership and accountability for the end-to-end finance function within different business units of this concern, and you will also be responsible to implement financial controls and measures to ensure further growth and operational success.

Duties:

• Preparation of the Annual Financial Statements
• High Level Financial Reporting
• Financial Analysis
• Consolidations
• Assisting with Internal and External Audits
• Processing of Journals

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Completed CA(SA) needed

Experience:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ post – article experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry is required
• Strong academic background and first time board exam passes highly beneficial
