SUMMARY:
A giant in the Real Estate Industry operating in the Retail space is currently in the market for a Financial Controller to complete a 12-month fixed term contract. Previous experience in the property industry will be advantageous, especially those that have managed retail centers. Please see the performance area criteria below for a more detailed description of the responsibilities.

POSITION INFO:

The Financial controller is responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of properties and companies within the organisation. This involves the full financial function for these companies.

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA) or
BCom/ BCom Honours in Finance or Commerce
3-4 years’ experience in the Retail Property sector
BROLL experience (highly advantageous)
