Experience & expertise

Professional Qualification: CA
Minimum 10 years’ experience within a financial services financial reporting role
Solid reporting and budgeting experience, preferably in a global, financial services organisation
Strong attention to detail, analytical capability and the ability to generate business critical insights
Strong commercial acumen, with proven track record of driving for business outcomes
Advanced communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
A passion for the customer experience and an understanding of customer behaviour
Experience in distributing and servicing products through independent channels
Ability to thrive in a changing environment and to lead collaboratively through change
Strong people leadership capability, with the ability to inspire and motivate people
