One of my clients are currently on the looking for a Financial Controller. The dynamic company has grown from strength to strength on the executive corporate level.

As a Financial Controller, you will maintain, manage and coordinate management accounting and costing activities within a plant environment. Provide costing and other information to evaluate performance and support decision making for the overall aim of optimisation and cost control.

Duties:

Conduct cost analysis and production variance analysis
Define and develop reports for the reporting on plant performance
Participate in inventory counts, review inventory scrapping and adjustments to ensure compliance with business controls
Co-ordinate and collection of annual cost centre budgets, including SAP models
Monitor and manage accurate reports on Product Costing
Provide costing reports to Management
Revaluate of Finished Goods inventory to actual
Prepare rolling forecast and month estimated costs
Ensure annual standard costs for all products are set up

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting
CIMA or ACCA or part qualified would be advantageous

Experience:
Minimum 5-year experience
SAP would be beneficial
Manufacturing (Plant) industry is preferred
