JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a well-established Property company, who is based in Johannesburg Central which is on the look-out for a Financial Controller. The suitable candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

BCom Accounting/ CIMA Degree.
3+ years’ experience in Financial Accounting.
Beneficial:

Previous exposure to Property Management.
MDA experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing of staff.
Ensure timeous monthly processing.
Ensuring all balance sheet accounts are reconciled.
Completing and planning of input sheets.
Designing of internal controls.
Financial modelling.
Bank reconsolidations.
Completing of budget summaries.
