Qualifications and experience required:

Completed BCom - Finance and Accounting (or similar)
Completed articles – advantageous
Minimum 3 years property experience
MDA experience essential

Duties and responsibilities include:

Management of accounts
Financial analysis
Budgets and forecast
Internal and external controls
VAT and TAX
