JOB DESCRIPTION:

This conglomerate Security Organisation specialises in the provisions of security products, services and solutions.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

Qualified CA (SA)
A minimum of 5-year management accounting related experience essential
Relevant experience related to people management
SAP knowledge/experience recommended

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Ensure that a proper financial and internal control environment is implamentated and maintained,
Collect information and compile monthly management reports,
IFRS compliance,
Develop, formulate and implement audit policies and procedures in line with Group guidelines,
Oversight on all tax-related reports and submissions including but not exclusive to PAYE, VAT, Provisional Tax Submissions,
Staff management and development,
Manage the maintenance of acceptable accounting records of the Financial transactions and results,
Manage the performance of accurate and complete provisions and accruals,
Participate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the departmental safety plans for each year.
