A multinational manufacturing conglomerate seeks a dynamic and analytical Financial Controller with strong Africa experience, to join their diverse team based in Johannesburg West.

The successful incumbent will take responsibility for ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting, as well as implementation of necessary control and systems. You will also play a key role in supporting the EXCO team to grow business and revenue.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Financial Management including financial analysis and planning, cash and treasury management
Budgets and forecasts
Develop, implement and monitor internal controls
Ensure compliance to group policies
Supervision of audits
Periodic reports as required by EXCO
Analyse margins to assist in new business ventures
Drive performance improvement in all areas of business

Education:
BCom Honours in Accounting / Finance
TOP CIMA or CA(SA) advantageous

Skills & Experience:
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
5 to 6 years' post article experience in a manufacturing environment
Advanced MS Excel skills
Strong IFRS experience
Experience with reporting tools like Hyperion or MS Dynamics
Financial and business acumen
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
Team player
Own reliable transport is a non-negotiable as this role will include travel
