Internationally acclaimed company within the Health & Beauty sector is recruiting for a Financial Controller - applicable to registered Chartered Accountants CA(SA) only

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Chartered Accountant CA(SA) that has a minimum of 2 years’ post article experience within the FMCG, Health & Beauty, Retail or similar industry sector. This role will have direct reports therefore previous management experience is a pre-requisite. Only incumbents that meet the below criteria will be considered:

Minimum Education & Experience Required:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) registered with SAICA
• Min 2 years’ post articles experience within the commercial sector - not audit or consulting
• Experience within the FMCG, Health & Beauty, Retail or similar industry is preferred
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have staff management experience
• Must have experience liaising with external stakeholders and presenting in exco meetings

Duties may include but not be limited to the following:

• Full Finance Function
• Financial & Management Reporting
• Consolidation of Financial Reports (not complex)
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Financial & Variance Analysis
• Cashflow Management
• Debtors & Creditors Management
• IFRS Compliance
• Audit Packs
• VAT & Tax
• Internal Controls and Compliance
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Board Packs & Presentation of Results to Exco
